When we are living in survival mode, we only focus on the “dangers” of life. A more positive focus is on the abundance of life. Negativity drives a vicious cycle that makes everything go against the flow of life itself.

We are the only living form on earth that can cut our own source to aliveness. We can reach our full potential only when we allow the power of the heart to connect with our mind and body. The heart is the most forceful impactful element in our lives.

What is Spirit?

Let’s understand the word spirit in a demystified, nonreligious way. In my practice, spirit is nothing more and nothing less than the energy that makes an object come alive – in our case, it is the energy that makes us feel alive!

We are alive when we are part of something greater than ourselves and making a difference in the lives of people around us.

What nurtures your potential?

Every life form in the world has a God-given talent to share with life around them. A bird cannot fall from the sky because it is living its full potential within the environment that aligns with its nature. Fish cannot drown in water because they are in the environment where life happens for them.

When we feel “drowning,” it is because we are not aligned with our inner self. We often forget to search the emotional and physical environment that nurtures our potential. Our jobs, relationships, emotions, thoughts, ideas and paradigms are often not aligned with our truth.

The heart creates a magnetic field around it that contains our emotional information. Our heart speaks the language of the universe, but it can only thrive if we are feeding it the right food. That ‘food’ is thoughts, emotions, ideas, words, and actions.

Now is the time!

While most religious ideologies work on separation, spirituality transcends duality and only knows the reality of oneness, wholeness and perfection.
